Oh my gosh, what a dream wedding week you have planned! Kevin filled me in on everything that is on the agenda and it was like I had helped plan it all! All my favorite things, which means you both are my kind of people!! Casino night, a bonfire, hibachi, Italian food, pub crawl, golf, spa day... and then a wedding on New Years Eve to top it all off?

I love that you are bringing your closest family and friends into town to celebrate the two of you and I just know you are going to have the time of your life. I would LOVE to get to be the photographer to capture it all for you.
I'll tell you a little about myself... I'm a born and raised Florida girl and have lived here on the Gulf Coast since 1989. I have 3 kids, two of which are headed off to college this month and 2 Bengal cats and 1 Cocker Spaniel puppy. I'm obviously replacing my grown children with fur babies lol.
I absolutely adore what I get to do for a living. Getting to witness and document the start of two people's lives together is truly magical and I will never get tired of it. I hope you will see in my work a sense of uniqueness in each of my couples and that their photos kept the essence of who they are together and that you can see yourselves in that.
I know that the last thing you want to do is spend hours taking photos. I make taking photos quick and easy.

My approach to photographing weddings is to be photo journalistic/documentary during the documentary times and flip into portrait photographer mode and guide you during the portrait times of the day when you need direction.

I instinctively rely on my intuition to make quick decisions as unexpected events unfold. To you those moments might seem like chaos, but my calm response will reassure you that everything is ok.

From periodic email check-ins that answer questions you might have to creating your family portrait shot list and working with your planner to build your timeline, I prepare myself as much as possible BEFORE your wedding day so that when the day comes, I arrive ready to capture every detail.

Many of my couples have told me that they are awkward in front of the camera or that they are nervous about having their photos taken, but I'll have you flowing from one photo to the next so that you are never left wondering what to do.

I prepare myself as much as possible before your wedding day through a series of questionnaires about your day and your vendors so that I can work hand in hand with your planner to come up with a well written timeline and an efficient family shot list that will help me get the photos you want in the quickest time possible. My number one goal is for you to enjoy your wedding day with your friends and family.

During documentary times of the day, I blend seamlessly into whatever situation I am in, walking around catching interactions and moments as they happen, but making suggestions when you need them.
During portrait parts of the day, I guide you through photos efficiently and quickly with my system of shooting that I have developed from 8 years of photographing weddings.

Chas and Eleanor got married at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama.
Since I had never photographed at this venue before, I met their wonderful wedding planners to do a site tour before the wedding day so that we could decide on portrait locations for the day. That preparation definitely helped with such a tight timeline for the day.

Danni and Danny's wedding at the gorgeous Town Hall in Rosemary Beach, FL.
Hair and makeup ran a little longer than expected, so we had to make up some time during wedding party and family photos that were before the ceremony. We worked quickly to get those photos taken and to get to their ceremony on time. Such a gorgeous day!

When reviewing this proposal, write down any questions you, your fiance, and any one else making decisions about your photography may have so that we can review those questions together.
When you're ready to move forward, I'll send an agreement and a link to pay your 30% retainer fee. After both of those are completed, you're booked!
